Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sari4.bet, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with sari4's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an existing Account, contact our support team to close it.

Section 3

Eligibility

To register and use the sari4 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. sari4 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products. Underage gambling is prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by sari4 or any affiliated responsible gaming registry.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, syndicate member, or professional betting service when using the Platform under a personal Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of sari4 or any of its technology, gaming content, or payment processing partners.
• You must have a valid Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.

sari4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a single personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.

You are strictly permitted to hold only one Account on the sari4 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are prohibited. sari4 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify sari4 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. sari4 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use prior to notification.

sari4 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued identity card (KTP), proof of residential address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

Section 5

Deposits

sari4 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and via e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposit channels must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party are prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to their originating source.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 (or the minimum specified for a particular payment channel, whichever is higher).
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits are credited to your sari4 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 1 to 5 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in IDR. sari4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Deposit limits: Default and customized deposit limits may be set by the player via the account dashboard as part of sari4's responsible gaming controls.

sari4 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, to be sourced from illegal activity, or to violate the anti-money laundering provisions of applicable international standards. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method and the account referred for review.

Section 6

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time by verified Account holders via the sari4 member dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Processing time: The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. During periods of high transaction volume or for requests requiring additional compliance review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed. sari4 may request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals.
• Bonus restrictions: Withdrawals of Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated within the member dashboard.

sari4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of fraud checks, AML (anti-money laundering) screening, or identity verification. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

sari4 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting fixtures including BRI Liga 1 and the FIFA World Cup.

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players of legal age (21+) only.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be used before real-money balance in the applicable games, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Uncompleted rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino table games and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero) toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per offer.
• sari4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, sari4's records and determinations shall be conclusive.

Section 8

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the sari4 Platform are governed by the product-specific rules published within each game or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.

In relation to sports betting specifically:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to confirmation. The odds confirmed at the point of bet acceptance govern the payout calculation.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Any voided selection within a mix parlay will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are settled in accordance with the Asian handicap rules published in the sportsbook section. Half-win and half-loss outcomes are possible depending on the handicap line selected.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended or rejected at any time at sari4's discretion if market integrity cannot be assured.
• Results and payouts are finalized following the official confirmation of an event's outcome by the relevant sporting authority. sari4 reserves the right to void markets in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or irregularity.

In relation to live casino and slot games:

• All outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or by live dealer procedures conducted in accordance with studio rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed based on the system's last recorded state. Players should ensure a stable internet connection before joining a live table.
• Malfunction of any game or software voids all associated play and wagers. Any winnings arising from a confirmed software malfunction will be reversed.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sari4 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets, scrape data, or exploit system behavior.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — commonly referred to as "bug abuse". Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or other unlawful purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Conducting unauthorized commercial wagering activity, including operating as an unlicensed betting agent using a personal sari4 Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or distribute any part of the Platform's content, odds feeds, or proprietary software.

sari4 employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, sari4 may immediately suspend the Account, withhold funds pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the sari4 Platform — including but not limited to the sari4 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, software, game content (where licensed), and data feeds — is the property of sari4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content without sari4's prior written consent.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sari4 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not sari4 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseeable technical failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics published on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from events outside sari4's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of government authority.

sari4's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or related series of incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sari4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 12

Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting sari4's support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

sari4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a confirmed or reasonably suspected breach of these Terms.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Account to be closed.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a fraud, AML, or integrity risk to the Platform.

In cases of termination for cause, sari4 may withhold balances pending the outcome of any associated investigation. Players who disagree with an Account closure decision may raise a formal dispute by contacting [email protected].

Section 13

Privacy & Data

sari4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

sari4 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit — to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sari4 holds its primary operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sari4's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

For players based in Indonesia, this agreement is entered into on the basis that you have independently satisfied yourself as to the legality of online betting in your specific jurisdiction and locality within Indonesia, and that you are accessing sari4 of your own free will and volition. sari4 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific Indonesian province or municipality.

Section 15

Amendments

sari4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, sari4 will provide reasonable notice by posting an announcement on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered contact details. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
